Das Dreifaltigkeitskloster des Heiligen Sergius (Russisch: Троице-Сергиева Лавра) ist das bedeutendste religiöse Zentrum der russisch-orthodoxen Kirche. Das Kloster befindet sich in der Stadt Sergijew Possad (Russisch: Сергиев Посад), etwa 70 km nord-östlich von Moskau an der Straße nach Jaroslawl. Zur Zeit leben in dem Kloster ca. 300 Mönche.
The Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius (Russian: Троице-Сергиева Лавра) is the most important Russian monastery. The monastery is the spiritual centre of the Russian Orthodox Church. It is situated in the town of Sergiyev Posad (Russian: Сергиев Посад), about 70 km to the north-east from Moscow at the road leading to Yaroslavl. The monastery is currently home to more than 300 monks.
