Here in the Weserbergland modern windmills stand on almost every hill!

Most villages are not on the hills but in the valleys :-)

It was not cold, ...the snow was melting.

...no need for neoprene shoe covers :-))

In the valleys the snow had already melted. If I had known before starting that the roads on the hills are still covered with snow, then I would have taken my WinterCrosser-bike!

It was, nevertheless, a nice excursion :-))
