It is so lovely along the canal; and the shoreline looks so neat and clean. The magnificent building in the background looks like a giant wedding cake. I'm glad you were able to take these pictures before the pollution, haze, and high humidity took over the skyline of Moscow. I don't think you would have gotten such lovely, clear pictures of the same area this week. All the photos along the canal are beautiful.
Yes dear Sweet Caroline, along the river Moskva it is lovely. At the river you see the beauty side of Moscow :-)) The Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building is one of seven stalinist skyscrapers. It was completed in 1952 (my birth year) :-)) The main tower has 32 floors.
