Holte - Jagdschloss
• Schloss Holte befindet sich in einem Landschaftspark mit zum Teil sehr alten Bäumen nahe dem Ort Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock in Ostwestfalen (Nordrhein-Westfalen). Die ursprüngliche Wasserburg stammt aus dem 14. Jahrhundert. 1556 zerstörte ein Brand große Teile der Burg, 1608 bis 1616 wurden die Gebäude als Jagdschloss im Barockstil wieder aufgebaut/renoviert. 1822 erwarb der Unternehmer Friedrich Ludwig Tenge das Schloss. Es ist noch heute im Besitz der Familie Tenge-Rietberg. • Holte Castle is located in a landscape park with some very old trees near the town of Holte-Stukenbrock in East Westphalia (North Rhine-Westphalia). The original moated castle dates back to the 14th century. In 1556 a fire destroyed large parts of the castle, and from 1608 to 1616 it was rebuilt/renovated as a hunting castle in the Baroque style. In 1822 the entrepreneur Friedrich Ludwig Tenge acquired the castle. Lage - Schloss Iggenhausen
• Schloss Iggenhausen ist eines der ältesten Herrenhäuser in Lippe (Nordrhein-Westfalen). Es liegt an der Werre in der Nähe der Stadt Lage. Schloss Iggenhausen entstand als Wasserschloss vermutlich im 9. Jahrhundert. Urkundlich wurde das Wasserschloss 1070 an das Kloster Corvey verkauft. 1856 erhielt das Schloss die heutigen klassizistisch geprägten, neugotischen Formen. 1860 wurde der Wassergraben trocken gelegt. Das Schloss ist heute im Besitz der Freiherren von Eckardstein. • Iggenhausen Castle is one of the oldest manor houses in Lippe (North Rhine-Westphalia). It is located on the Werre near the town of Lage. Iggenhausen Castle was probably built as a moated castle in the 9th century. The moated castle was documented as having been sold to the Corvey monastery in 1070. In 1856, the castle was given its current classicist, neo-Gothic form. In 1860, the moat was drained. Lage - ehemalige Ziegelei
• Die Ziegelei Lage wurde 1909 nördlich der Stadt Lage durch den Ziegeleiarbeiter Gustav Beermann gegründet. Bereits 1914 betrug die Jahresproduktion der etwa 30-köpfigen Belegschaft mehr als 1 Million Ziegel. Die Jahresproduktion konnte auf 3-4 Millionen Ziegel erhöht werden. Bis zur Schließung im Jahr 1979 war die Ziegelei ein Familienunternehmen. Die geschlossene Ziegelei wurde als Denkmal erklärt. Seit 1982 wird die Anlage durch den Landesverband Westfalen-Lippe vor dem Zerfall bewahrt. • The Lage brickworks was founded in 1909 north of the town of Lage by the brickworks worker Gustav Beermann. By 1914, the annual production of the approximately 30-strong workforce was already more than 1 million bricks. Annual production was increased to 3-4 million bricks. The brickworks was a family business until it closed in 1979. The closed brickworks was declared a monument. Fischbeck - Stift Fischbeck
• Das Stift Fischbeck ist eine klosterähnliche Anlage, die sich an der Weser, etwa 6 km flußabwärts von Hameln befindet. Stift Fischbeck wurde im Jahr 955 von der Edelfrau Helmburgis für die Damen des Adels gegründet. Die mittelalterliche romanische Bauform der Anlage blieb bis heute unverändert erhalten. Heute leben Frauen in christlicher Gemeinschaft im Stift und widmen sich Aufgaben im kirchlichen, sozialen und kulturellen Bereich. • Fischbeck Abbey is a monastery-like complex located on the Weser, about 6 km downstream from Hameln. Fischbeck Abbey was founded in 955 by the noblewoman Helmburgis for the ladies of the nobility. The medieval Romanesque architecture of the complex has remained unchanged to this day.
