Lemgo - Försterteiche

• Nachdem in den 70er Jahren das damals sumpfige Waldstück nordöstlich von Lemgo von einem Orkan total verwüstet wurde, wurden dort 4 Försterteiche angelegt und das Gebiet als bewaldetes Naherholungsgebiet gestaltet. Das Wegenetz um die Försterteiche umfasst rund 60 Kilometer.

• After the swampy forest north-east of Lemgo was totally devastated by a hurricane in the 1970s, 4 forest ponds were created there and the area was designed as a forested recreation area. The network of trails around the forester ponds covers around 60 kilometers.
