I d never heard and seen  those mushrooms! Are they poison ? I am seeing that all flies had been died on their "hats"!!! The name is quit appetitive!

In France these mushrooms are considered as delicacy! :-)  Это Навозник белый. They have a mild taste.
But only the young mushrooms, like you see on the photo, are eatable.
Older mushrooms get black gills and are not very enjoyable.
Earlier the old mushrooms were used to produce documents-real ink!
