The indirect sunlight and the fog generated the tender pastel colors. Half an hour later the fog became thicker and transformed the scenery colors into cold gray.
The beautiful scenery, watched by the eyes, together with the physical motion, produces endorphins. The endorphins generate a feeling of happiness which casts out pains. :-)
There are no better means against pains than pleasure and movement!

Nowadays the monastery buildings are used for music arrangements. Once a year a quite special music arrangement takes place in the venerable walls: an Irish folk festival! :-)
