The 300 kms bicycle tour, that my friend Andreas organizes on 9.Oct. goes largely by the valley of the Weser. I pedaled a part of the track to look whether the road is well practicable with the bike: The roads are well for riding bike :-))

I've heard a great deal about the sauna baths in Europe--especially in Norway where they like to go into the sauna for a while; and then jump into an ice-cold lake.
