No dear Lena, this is no real snow! I suppose that the peaks of the original ice-crystals were melted by the sun. After the sun had disappeared, the molten drops of water are frozen to small ice pearls.
Now you see a mixture of crystals and frozen drops which look like lilac blossoms :-)))
