      For some years at beginning of the years always I set big sportily targets. The look at the targets keeps up the motivation and prevents, that I become too sluggish. :o) 
      Certainly you have set already your targets of this new year too! Good luck for the realization, dear Gypsy!

      Yes, Lara, the start becomes great absolutely.
      ...but for the weighty old man it will be difficult to reach the finish point over the Alps!  :-(

          As a young man I always thought, that people who are older than 60 years, are very, very old! 
          Now I find out, that I feel much younger, if I sit on the bicycle!  :-)
