Who of your friends is going to ride Paris-Brest-Paris?

I'll go to Paris with my friend Andreas. On the photo below you see me with Andreas in Paris in the year 2007. Andreas wears the red helmet.
In the middle stands the Russian cyclist Timur Sagdulin from Club Caravan Moscow.
You can find more photos of Andreas, if you type his name as search word in my album.

For me, cycling Paris-Brest-Paris has become today more difficult. This morning I was hit by a car. The car rolled over my left foot. The foot is broken and now splinted in plaster.
Without this new difficulty Paris-Brest-Paris, would become too easy for me  :o)))

Dear Manfred, I'm very sorry that happened to you this misfortune. Please, don't get upset and don't think about Paris for a while. The most important -  to restore the foot. What type of fracture? How do you feel?
            I'm sure not your fault.
I wish you good mood and a speedy recovery!
            Let's hope for the best.

Thanks for your words, dear Olga!
I bicycled on the cycle track of the major road. A crossing car driver ignored me and crashed into my left side. A car wheel steamrollered my left foot. A cannon bone (metatarsal) is broken.
Here you see my pretty white leg:
I still have good mood, that I will be able to ride PBP :-)
