Alle vier Jahre kommen Radsportler aus aller Welt nach Frankreich zum legendären Radmarathon Paris-Brest-Paris. In maximal 90 Stunden müssen sie die 1230 Kilometer lange Strecke bewältigen. Ein aufreibender Kampf gegen Steigungen, Kälte und Müdigkeit. Brevet ist der Film über diesen Kampf.
