„De Acht van Lohne“ ist ein Radmarathon über eine Streckenlänge von 600 km, der als Brevet ausgeführt wird. Die Route hat die Form einer Acht (daher der Name). Start, Ziel, sowie die 300km-Kontrollstelle ist der Ort Lohne. Der erste Kreis der Acht führt durch die Niederlande, der zweite Kreis durch Deutschland.
Nach Finish der Tour bei windigem aber trockenem Wetter, besichtigte Manfred das Kloster Bentlage sowie die alten Salinen und Gradierwerke in Bentlage.

Start, finish, and the 300km-control-point is the place Lohne. The first circle of the eight leads through the Netherlands, the second circle through Germany.
After finish of the tour in windy however dry weather, Manfred visited the monastery Bentlage as well as the old salt evaporation facilities and graduation towers in Bentlage.

"Über RAVeL nach Namur" ist ein Radmarathon über eine Streckenlänge von 400 km, der als Brevet ausgeführt wird. Die Route durchquert 3 Länder. Die Route startet im deutschen Kreis Kleve und führt durch die niederländischen Provinzen Limburg und Nordbrabant, sowie durch das belgische Wallonien nach Namur. Die Zitadelle von Namur ist eine der größten Festungsanlagen in Europa. RAVeL ist die Abkürzung für "Réseau Autonome de Voies Lentes" und bezeichnet das Netz der langsamen Wege in Wallonien.
