Bicycle wedding! :-)
Manfred's cycling friend Andrey married New Year's Eve in Cherepovets, Russia! As a wedding ceremonial the bridegroom and bride Tatyana led a bicycle parade through the town! Cyclists of the cycling club VeloRus took part in the parade.
Manfred got to know Andrey in 2008 in Vologda.

    Hello, my dearest Manfred--What a hoot!  Surely this will be a wedding day none of the participants will ever forget.  As always, you capture some of the most extraordinarily fascinating activities.  That's why, dearest Manfred, I always enjoy my "tours" with you.  Usually along the journey, you have something special and unique waiting to be discovered. You always brighten my day.  I can't imagine being in your company and not enjoying every precious moment.  How sad it makes me to know I will never have the opportunity to meet you in person--for you are truly a very special individual.

    I have immensely enjoyed this album of a mixed blend of everything from soup to nuts.  Some of the comics and/or pictures have had me ROFL.  I haven't done very much laughing lately; and it has felt so good to forget about the rest of the world and the daily chaos, and to find something at which I can laugh wholeheartedly.  Thank you, my dearest Manfred, for sharing your European sense of humor!

    May your days be blessed with joy and sunshine.  God bless you always.

      Yes, I enjoy cycling, and especially I enjoy the experience fullness of the bicycle tours.
      If I still would drive car, then on my traveling I would not have a hundredth of the experiences than I have by bicycle! 
      If today I must drive car, then I feel it in such a way, as if I would have to sit out an imprisonment!  :o)

      I am glad you relish the photo albums of a mad cyclist. 

      I wish you warm, bright sunshine and the lust for life.

      Yes, dear Gypsy!  
      At the decorated bicycles were aerial balloons fastened... and most participants of the parade were dressed up like for a carnival procession... as a knight... as a Santa Claus... as a Kasper...  
      On the way were some tasks to master... cycling through obstacles... climb up steep ramps...  


      ...and a Russian Nieuwjaarsduik! ...but without topless bikini  :o))
